Great bidet, you definitely get a lot for your money. I was a little hesitant to buy this since it’s a brand I haven’t heard of but really love the all the features you get. The install was super easy and looks great not overwhelming huge like others. Also very comfortable to sit on the heat adjustable seat. The only flaw is the water feed could had been more discrete and esthetic pleasing to the eye if it would have and elbow instead of a straight hose connecting to the seat. Regardless, I love it and very please with it.
I've been using this item for 2 years.What's the experience like?Overall, it works quite well.The downsides are the remote control without backlighting. At least small lights could have been added, let alone a glowing display at night. So, if you get up to go to the bathroom at night and don't turn on the light in your bathroom, the remote control won’t work for you. This is the biggest drawback.The second drawback is also related to the remote control. The Velcro on the remote control holder stops sticking after about 1.5 years, and your remote, along with the holder, will end up on the floor. To address this, the company provided... just ONE screw for attaching the holder to the wall. Do you understand what this means? It’s a spinning mechanism! The remote will spin around this attachment like on a turnstile. Why couldn’t they make a second hole for another screw to prevent the remote from spinning on the holder?And the angle of the seat. I would have leveled it out more horizontally so it doesn’t tilt forward so much. Although, I’ve tried other toilet seat attachments, and they tilt even more forward.In general, there’s still room for improvement for the manufacturer.
I was attracted by its sleek style and rich features. After ~3 months of use, it didn't disappoint me.The installation is easy. Though the quick releasing mount can have more wiggling room than the traditional screw fix.Feature wise, it has everything a high end bidet should and could have and probably better than many big brand models coming at 2x or 3x prices. The instant heated unlimited water works as expected. The spray head cleans itself every time. The drier can blow up to very warm air. The heated seat has various levels and the lowest level suits me well. The night light comes handy and I don't need any extra night lighting for the both room. Everything can be customized and memorized.Reliability wise, it hasn't failed so far. Maybe once or twice the sitting sense lost track, which can be recovered by power cycling. It was probably caused by my sitting weight center was too close to either ends. After I got used to it, hasn't happen again.One thing it may miss or I just didn't bother exploring is one press to run the whole procedure automatically with customized settings. But honest speaking it is not a real problem.If it can last for 1 year, I will call it a great product.
My husband is happy with this. I am a little worried about water splashing areas to the front, but no issues so far. Can also be used for periods. All my family enjoys the heated seat in the winter. Kids don't want to use the cleaning aspect of it. Because it has a light, we don't need a nightlight in the bathroom anymore.
We remodeled two bathrooms and installed different bidets in each. This one is so much better than the more expensive one. The seat is comfortable, the water is immediately warm,the remote works well and is simple to use. I'm looking to buy another to replace the other one we have.
